July 2009 Stress Free Relocation, Inc. (dba Stress Free Corporate Housing), has been awarded a five-year General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 48 Contract. The federal government, all branches of the military, and all other entities eligible to utilize the GSA Schedule Contract vehicle can now access Stress Free's one, two, and three bedroom temporary housing solutions directly through the company's GSA Schedule Contract Number GS-33F-0043V. Nov 2009 Stress Free Corporate Housing was selected 49th of the top 100 South Florida Small Business for 2009. This years winners were selected by Business Leader Media from a record number of nominations. In 2009 Stress Free Corporate Housing was awarded a National GSA schedule 48 contract, only one of a handful of CHPA members to reach that level, won the Macys RFP as one of two national providers, selected as a provider for Cartus relocation, recommended by the NFL as provider for the contractors of the Super Bowl, and selected as primary provider for the one of the largest construction projects in the state of Florida. The new website allows homeowners to list their property with Stress Free Corporate Housing and takes the job of negotiation, tenant qualification, and lease writing away from homeowners. Potential renters may also use the website to search for temporary housing for the Super Bowl, where they have a large inventory of private rentals and apartment communities with availability during Super Bowl week. Daily Business Review featured Stress Free Corporate Housing in an online news article, which discusses super bowl rentals and its impact on the South Florida Housing market.
