If necessary we can even provide transportation from the airport or hotel to their accommodation.

A Stress Free Corporate Housing Representative can meet with our guests upon their arrival to ensure that all their questions are answered. Clients quickly learn that our personal hands on service is like no other in the industry. If your client(s), is from abroad and they are not familiar with the contents in the accommodation, we will be glad to give them a full presentation of their temporary home.

This will include: Accessing the apartment and/or gates to the community Familiarity with community and amenities Location of mailbox Working the TV and VCR And even using the appliances.

Destination Services: Rental Assistance Foreign Language Classes Assistance in obtaining social security numbers Banking, setup and/or transfer Assistance in obtaining drivers license Child school enrolment Transportation to and from airport

There isn't anything that Stress Free Corporate Housing won't do when it comes to making a client feel right at home. Stress Free Corporate Housing, Inc. and its staff are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, that is why we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Stress Free Corporate Housing always has you in mind, placing your interest first. That is why we offer our simple Direct Billing System. Upon approval of your company application, we will set up a direct billing program catered just for you. This will include creating one invoice with all your charges to help you eliminate going through several invoices and their details. Upon request we can also provide separate invoices.

To make payment easier on our clients, we have different methods of payment:
Corporate Check . Personal Check . Credit Card . Debit Card . Cash Cashier Check . Money Order

In addition to our simple Direct Billing system, Stress Free Corporate Housing, Inc. can also provide you with Company Reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and/or annually basis. Our reports will provide you with the following information that you may find helpful:

Pending Arrival Reservations: Employees that have booked a Reservation but have not yet moved in.

Pending Departure Reservations: Employees who have given their notice of Intent to Vacate (ITV) and are getting ready to move-out.

Move-Out Reservations: Employees who have already moved out.

Location Reservations: Reservations in a specific area (city, state) or community.

Total Reservations Booked: Total Employees that have stayed with us through the course of a certain time period.
